absolute nonsense. not even during his off season. has he had ice cream? sure, who hasn't'? (unless you're lactose intolerant, which he isnt) but not a tub each night before bed.

My trainer just sent me a response to the ice cream request. He recommends Arctic Zero Protein Ice Cream. 180 cals and 40g of protein. Anyone ever heard of or tried it????

150 calories, 14 grams of whey protein and 8 grams of fiber per pint. (off official website)

i have to say, that's pretty good. but i still call bs on Ronnie devouring a "tub" ice cream every night before bed.

I have an odd effect with milk products....goes right to my man boobs. Seriously. My chest striations flat our disappear after a couple of days of milk products. Even skim milk does it to me.

I tried Artic Zero and it was more like flavored Ice to me than Ice Cream. I was disappointed with it.

Ice cream and bed should not even be in the same sentence. Unless its something freaky with your girl. I cant even think of ice cream without gaining weight.

I've tried the Cookies & Cream option and it is actually very good, you just have to let it soften a bit. Add a banana, Walden Farms' Chocolate Syrup and Strawberry Syrup with some peanuts and BAM! You've got yourself a healthy, great tasting banana split!

A banana, choclate syrup, strawberry syrup, and peanuts with it sounds just as bad as regular ice cream

I have to stop reading this thread. If I eat another chicken I'm gonna grow feathers and I'd gladly dive into some ice cream!!!

It all comes down to personal preference. You'll never know unless you try it!

Ill try that chocolate syrup you posted, but my wife would kill me if I spent $40 on ice cream. Can you give me a link for the syrup, much easier to get that buy the ole lady then over priced Ice Cream. If im going to eat IC, Im going to get the good stuff, do some fasted cardio in the AM along with some fat burners, then eat the whole gallon and feel great about it and thats the only meal for the day!

Of course man. Here you are: http://www.amazon.com/Walden-Farms-C...hocolate+syrup

Walden Farm's line-up of condiments, toppings, dips, and syrups are lifesavers for me when it comes to dieting.

    Here's their website: http://www.waldenfarms.com/index.html

Wow thats stuff costs a lot too, does it have sugar alcohol or does it use spenda or Sucralose for a sweetener?
    Thank you for the links.

I gave you a VERY overpriced link, I apologize. It uses Sucralose as a sweetener.

One bottle lasts me around 10 days (2 Tbsp. each time). I alternate between the Pancake Syrup and Chocolate Syrup for my oats every morning. Here's the price on bodybuilding.com: http://www.bodybuilding.com/store/wa...C0CC8BC299569B

On Amazon it's on average $8.00 a pop, on bodybuilding.com it's $4.00 and they probably sell it for the same price in grocery stores. Check it out!

Well If I die, it will be from Sucralose and I guess that will be a good sweet but calorie free death, I seem to eat it in something everyday. You know they found that stuff while developing pesticides
Ill put it on my pancakes well, be a nice change from Mrs. Buttersworth, Thanks for the links, seems walden farms makes a lot of good (or so called good) stuff that I will now spend my dollars on.
    Thanks again
    See you around

Really? I never would of guessed. You learn something new everyday...

Hate to be the bearer of bad news, but rather be informed then ignorant. But ignorance is bliss and if I dont die from Sucralose, it will be something else, so back to my original thoughts, I hope its a sweet death.

Maybe he was doing his own version of "Carb Backloading"

Maybe he perfected it and that was his secret.
