    CHECK MY DIET 190lbs 11-125BF

    Hey guys, starting lean bulker on moderate cycle.

    Objective = lean bulk no sloppy weight but put on a good 12-15LBs

    I got a diet in check its not to far off from what I do now. I made some modifiactions and was hoping you could take a look. as you can see theres a few odd things in here im just looking for help.



    7:00
    25 grams whey
    2 egg w/ yolk 2 whites
    ¾ cup of oats
    ¼ cup berries or greek yogurt w/fruit
    2 teaspoon flax/or fish

    915
    8-10 oz lean turkey 93% fat free or fish
    1 cup brown rice/may swap with white rice
    1 cups green

    1130
    6-8 oz chicken boob
    med/large sweet potatoe

    230
    60 gram whey
    2teaspoon flax / fish
    2 eggs yolk 2 no yolk


    during workout
    5 grams BCAAS
    5 grams glutemine
    30 grams dextrose

    post workout
    60 grams whey
    5 grams Bcaas
    banana or fruit med serving or dextrose

    wait an hour
    6-8 oz chicken
    wheat pasta or small serving complex carb ??????????????( dunno if i want this here)


    before bed
    2 boiled eggs 2 boiled no yolk or greek yogurt
    1/4cup 0 fat cottage cheese
    2tbsp natural pb

    Looks good to me but I am no pro - yet.

    I don't think the carb at night is good idea < yet again, I'm no pro.

    Also, I did not do a complete break down of the total numbers for the day. But, that diet does look lean and pretty damn solid.

    I am running a modified carb cycling diet right now. Been having real good progress with it too.

    I down all my carbs on carb up days as early as possible in the day. When I turn this into a bulk, I will still do the same. Carbs as early as possible in the day throughout the week.


    I just can't see a carb being a good thing late in the day. Unless it's a risidual carb from vegetables or whatever maybe in the protein I take in.

    Can anyone else chime in, I changed my post wrkout meal from a carb to a vege again, I started this diet today already ( again not to far off from what I am doing now)

    so you're 190lbs ? what bf%

    TDEE?

    macros for all the above food stuffs, totals for meals and the totals for the day, pretty pointless without all the numbers man, if your out on your cals you going to either get fat or not put on enough lean muscle.

    Ill add it all up again. i lost my sheet with the numbers on it.

    i dont think this diet will get me fat but I understand what you need..ill get it bro

    % bf is in the title of my post. 11-12% sorry typo

    no im not going on cals or id eat 2 big macs and call it a day.. lol...

    just messin

    tdee i believe was about 3200

    dang i was almost 400 cals short of my tdee.. glad i recalculated........
