8 weeks into my cycle, would it be a really bad idea for me to start cutting?

Im 8 weeks into my cycle of sus, I've made some decent gains. But I've also made some bad ones. Im starting to feel abit saggy, this is making me unhappy. I used to be very fat when I was younger, so im very sensitive about my wait.

Would it be ok for me to cut until I start PCT then when I start PCT boast my calories back up?

I'm not a big fan of switching goals mid cycle. If it were me, I'd ride out the storm. I'm assuming you are trying to bulk? And then cut post cycle. if you cut now, you run the risk of having an ineffectual cycle.

The thing is I do exercise to try to make myself look good, I think if I carry on for another two months, I will actually be fat! Lol

Yeah you gave me some help with my diet lol you help so many people you must of forgot lol your a great guy for selflessly helping people achieve there diet goals btw


My diet im eating 700cal surplus

35/35/30 split

Main source of carbs- oats, brown rice, brown pasta, brown cus cus, potato, lentils, split pea

Protein- beef, chicken,fish,liver, eggs, turkey etc

Most of my fat come from my meat and carbs with the exception of peanut butter.

My diet is pretty clean, but with bulking I guess comes fat gains. I've been bulking for 2 and a half months now, got another two months to go, so im worried I might end up abit chunky after a four and a half months bulk, as roman says I guess im just gonna have to ride it out.

I haven't gone up alot in BF though im 12.9% according to my last caliper reading. I might be carrying alot of water retention, whatever it is Im feeling chunky, and I don't like it lol

why not reduce the surplus cals and/or change the macros split? 30% fat is high, especially when its mainly coming from meat.

maybe drop down to a 40/45/15. carb/pro/fat. and reduce cals by 300.

Yeah that makes sense, im eating at 3200cal might drop to 3000 see how that goes.

Most of my fat comes from egg yolks, as I eat about 6 eggs per day, most of my meat is lean, I also eat alot of oats which are boasts my fat up because there's 8g fat per 100g of porridge oats (good fat tho I presume)

Im changing my workout routine on Monday to a upper lower split so I think my body may require more calories starting Monday due to the increase in activity (more muscles burning calories)

But yes good thinking batman, I will reduce my calories 200, see how that goes :-)

Yeah fats not the enemy, so long as it not trans fat. Some days I eat about 40/40/20 others 35/35/30 I roughly try to keep it around the region of the two.

What the sust dose per admin and what's your total weekly dose? What AI are you using and the dosage?

Sustanon can really jack up your E levels depending on what you're using and how much of it.

I'd still recommend an AI. Any exogenous test is going to down regulate your natural levels and this will facilitate a negative feedback loop wherein your HTPA will up regulate estradiol for conversion to testosterone.

When was your last blood work? Might not hurt to have it tested and if your estradiol is elevated then you know you need to manage it more effectively. I'd recommend adex or femara. Aromasin. Exemestane is a suicide inhibitor and although very effective I wouldn't recommend it for first line treatment.

Carbs make you hold alot of water don't they, im going to reduce my calories by 200 see how that goes. I may also play around with my micro split.

Here's some more advise I don't give. Your 8 weeks into this cycle.
And you say you have 2 months(8 weeks) left = 16 week cycle
Stop at 12 weeks. No reason to go 16
Maybe someone else will tell you this and you will listen.

Im including PCT I will still be bulking though PCT, hence me still bulking for 2 more month,im on my 8th week I have two more injections left, then 18 days til I start PCT then 4 weeks PCT Then I might just continue bulking til after xmas so bulking for another 3 month's.
