    Rate this meal

    here's a complete meal:
    * 250g of chicken breast + mayo
    * some lettuce
    * bowl of oats + banana
    * bowl of grapes

    forgot to add in the picture my cup of gatorade drink

    I usually eat this meal twice a day. Let me know what you guys think?

    Depends on if your bulking/ cutting and body type. If your bulking and have an ecto body type the meal is fine. If your not ecto or cutting then there is too much sugar.

    roughly, how many calories would you say that is? 800cal?

    Roughly, if you include the gatorade its close to 800 cals. Your got a full cup of oats there right? Looks about like 8oz of chicken. I just ate a bowl of oats with a banana; and 4 eggs.

    umm... i thought that it was more, its actually around 250g of chicken breast.
    i usually buy 10 bags of boneless chicken breast, each bag is 1kg. then i try to split each bag equally into 4 separate smaller bags (roughly 250g each).

    You chose 2 of the highest sugar content fruits possible. I'd ditch the grapes for sure and replace them with berries (regardless of bulking or cutting. Grapes have very little nutritional value, berries have tons - blueberries would be my choice). Personally i'd drop the banana in favor of an apple but that's just me. Obviously the oats and chicken are fine. I'd prefer to see a decent fat source (if any at all) instead of mayo... e.g. fish oils.
