fish oil

Hi ppl what is the best fish oil to use there is omega 3 and there was also 3 6 and 9 it is something i have never used i use multi vit thanks.

Stick with 3. Most people get plenty of 6 and 9 from foods they eat (nuts, etc) but not nearly enough of 3.

The best as in brand?? All you really need to look for is how much actual omega3 fish oil is in the product. i.e. you may have caps that are 1g of fish oil, but very little is actually omega3 fatty acids. You need to read the label carefully. Go with the one that has the highest concentration of omega3's, particularly ALA and EPA.
