macro list

Does anyone have a common ffod macro list they could pm me. I really don't care to jump on yet another web site to search for correct macro's if I can avoid it. I used to have a nice 1 that had all of the normal food staples and macro breakdown printed off.

Any help would be great. (like i said please no "use this web site) preferably. TY

I have an interactive spreadsheet with over 1500 food items on it. just pop in what you ate for a meal/day and it will calculate on your behalf.

I just like to have a nice print out I can reference. I hate having to look up every damn thing I eat on another web site. Easy just to hang a sheet on the fridge and go from there
