Hey guys just wanted to get your opinions on my diet, stats are 5'11 170 7% bf I'm following John kiefer's carb back loading diet the density bulking version and here it is:
Meal 1: 1 cup egg whites, 2 omega 3 eggs 4 slices turkey bacon 150g cucumber 5 on fish oil softgels and one cla
Meal 2: 400g extra lean ground turkey, 2 tbsp mct oil and 150g cucumber 5 on fish oil and 1 cla
Post workout: 2 scoops isoflex 20g dextrose
Meal 3 200g cooked chicken breast and 2 cups mash potatoes
Meal 4 I fill in with the hi glycemic foods according to the diet
Meal 5 1 scoop Casein and 1 cup almond milk
If your not familiar with CBL this will make no sense to you but I hope some guys on here are familiar with it.
My macros are 3000 cals 100f 240c and 266pro
