Would like opinions on my bulking diet
Alittle back ground first.,I started workingout about 2years ago now I was 150lbs at 5'11 19 years old..I learned how important eating was the hard way.,with figuring out diet, and yousing projormones at 20 and playing touch and go with gear "yes I was and am too young I know" I'm just concentrating on diet rite now. Imade it up too 197lbs at the beging of this last summer.due too new job and getting married my diet went say down and I went into maiming stage.i got down too 182lbs aweek ago I started my diet aweek ago and now back up too 190lbs my goal is 205lbs but here's my diet I can be more specific if needed..
7am. Cup of oatmeal,4eggs,yogurt,weight gainer drink "250calories"
930am. Weight gainer drink 250calories
11am.steak samwich on wheat bread/and peanutbutter on wheat bread
130pm.weight gain drank 250calories
4pm.creatine/protien drink 25grams protien/peanutbutter on wheat
6:30pm after gym protien drank 25 grams/supper chicken sumthen!! Believe me that's all I keep in the fridge,
9:00pm 2weight gain drinks 500calories mixed with 2tabelspoons olive oil
Will be more specific if needed with carbs protien etc.i drank no carbonated drinks,apple juice,milk,water only

You need to add macro's and calories for EVERY meal.
Also, ditch your weight gainer and either eat a whole meal or make your own shake. 250cals a pop isn't a weight GAINER in any event.NO SOURCES GIVEN

Never checked but guessing I would say between 12%-14% I was very slim before I started traing and didn't mind puting on alil fat, and at work I don't really get achance too eat more than lunch that's why I went the weight gainer way, but puting back on 8 lbs in aweek tells you how bad I neded more calorie intake, I mite have been geting 2500 Aday for the past 3months if I was lucky , haven't figured it up exactly but I'm trying for 4-5000 calories Aday now..

Give me the macro's and we'll work on it.
And guesstimates in bodyfat are normally way off. Post a pic if you can. And 4-5000 cals a day is gonna get you big and fat real quick!NO SOURCES GIVEN
