    looking for a 7 day diet plan

    Breakfast
    Snack
    Lunch
    Snack
    Dinner
    Snack
    Consuming 400grams protein per day also alot of creating im on a bulk cycle but I need help with a 7 day diet plan I hate onions and tomatoes I'll eat anything else im 28 5'8" 15-16%bfi 34%BMI 200pounds I have no diseases nor am I allergic to any foods please input anything you think I want to bulk more then hit a cut cycle and lean it out..

    Prethanks for all input how many calories should I consute per day and what should I keep away from if someone wants to waste there time on a 7 day menu it will be greatly appreciated by me.

    realgear welcome to the forum dude.

    at 200lbs 16%bf u have 168lbs LBM.

    rough starting maintenance: (LBM x 15) = 168 x 15 = 2520cals

    bulk = +500cals

    2520 + 500 = 3020cals

    2. how to bulk

    reading both of these will give u a better "total view" of diet. how did u calculate ur bf%? ur avi doesnt give a good enuff view to see if ur in the ballpark. if u can post a better pic thatd help.

    bulking splits tend to be in the neighborhood of 40/40/20 pro/carb/fat or 40/45/15 pro/carb/fat.
