i'm an ectomorph so i need more good carbs.
i considered adding one of these to my diet:
Rilose ( brown rice sugar ) or sweet potato powder ( both protein factory products ).
What should i choose ? not specially for post workout

Grind up whole grain oats n add to shakes or just chug with water
Take some picks.
