    source of carbs

    i'm an ectomorph so i need more good carbs.
    i considered adding one of these to my diet:
    Rilose ( brown rice sugar ) or sweet potato powder ( both protein factory products ).
    What should i choose ? not specially for post workout

    Grind up whole grain oats n add to shakes or just chug with water

    already eatin' lots of oats & brown rice.
    i just need some extra to gain weight
    i think i'll go with the rilose

    You've got the right idea for low-glycemic carbs such as sweet potatoes, oats, brown rice, etc. Use maltodrexin, Virtargo S2, or dextrose for PWO.
