    Need some help

    I just got off a bulking cycle, which was cut short due to an injury, and now because of that injury I won't be able to lift for another few weeks and I can see my bf% getting higher (getting up to around 20% now). I want to drop to around 15% before I start another bulk just to maximize gains and whatnot. I will be doing a lot of cardio, but need help with a good cut diet plan.

    Write out your current diet including macros and start there.

    To be honest, I didn't stick to any particular type of diet during the bulk, just constant eating haha. I don't have anything really mapped out, I never touched fast food or anything like that, but I ate a lot, mostly steak, chicken, or fish with some sort of vegetable and carb (with some cheating ice cream or some type of junk here and there). Plus a couple of shakes a day. I'll try and take some time to figure out a guesstimate of what I was eating for the last few days or so. I was looking more for a specific type of diet plan I could follow to assist cutting bf
