Consuming 400grams protein per day also alot of creating im on a bulk cycle but I need help with a 7 day diet plan I hate onions and tomatoes I'll eat anything else im 28 5'8" 15-16%bfi 34%BMI 200pounds I have no diseases nor am I allergic to any foods please input anything you think I want to bulk more then hit a cut cycle and lean it out..
