is it ok to cut straight after you have finished PCT?

I'd like to cut as soon as I finish PCT, is this advisable? How soon after PCT can one cut?

Not advisable IMO. Personally i'd run maintenance for a couple of months before any kind of calorie restriction diet.

I was thinking of dropping to maintenance for a few weeks then gradually dropping my calories -100 per week for five weeks.
Do you think this is not a good plan?

Im desperate to cut, I feel like a right lard ass lol would cutting = me losing alot of gains?

It definitely beats a drastic drop in calories in one shot. However i'd still wait a solid month even before doing this.

Cutting straight away would very likely result in you losing most if not all gains. Hormone levels will be out of whack and you need to get that right. Even after PCT, you need to give your body time to adjust to 'normal' levels again IMO.

Cutting when appropriate doesn't have to result in much if any LBM loss... if it's done properly. For now, i'd focus on an aggressive PCT (what are your plans?) and sticking with your cycle calories/macros throughout. The drop to maintenance for a while and use the time to plan out an intelligent cut.

Not necessarily, and don't take my word for it. There's no magic number. Chances are you'll be fine but you definitely need to monitor yourself closely and bump calories again if you appear to be losing mass and/or strength what is significant.

Might want to consider a 5th week, JMO. What was your cycle if you don't mind me asking? Did you incorporate HCG?

No I was only on a low dose of sus 250mg per week for 10 weeks, also had winny at 50mg per day for the first 4 weeks. I've gained around 18lb I'd say about 4-6lb is water and fat.

    Start PCT on Monday

Gotcha. Bear in mind though that low dose makes no difference. i.e. 100mg test/week (very low dose, right?) will shut you down. 1g/week won't shut you down any harder. Shut down = shut down. HCG is always a good idea, and a must IMO. Just my .02, something for you to consider next time.

You mean during and/or right after PCT? I wouldn't have anything to do with maintenance calories in either case tbh.

As gb mentioned you need to normalize for a little bit before you think of cutting or another cycle. Most eat more on pct to try to keep there gains. If you cycle and eat as gb recommends you will gain minimal fat even when bulking.
    good luck
