Thoughts on CKD
What are everyone's thoughts on thie CKD diet. I have heard mixed reactions, but I am also a believer that to each there own. I just want to hear a couple success stories and maybe some horror stories too. If you have any little "tricks" for this diet those would also be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advanced.

I'm doing CKD..basically less than 30 carbs sun.-fri. with a carb up day on saturday...generally i carb up for 6-8 hours and try to keep it relatively clean carbs, but sometimes the cheat meals rear their ugly head. even with that i have managed to drop 10lbs and 3% fat in 6 weeks...nothing too spectacular, but progress is progress.

I just came off a CKD...did it for about 2 months or so. I lost about 3% body fat as well...I liked the diet overall, and probably will do it again at some point, but it's a little taxing psychologically, especially after the carb-ups, so I don't think i could do it for an extended legnth of time.
