Currently clean bulking with a 250 caloric surplus total 2750, dont want to dirty bulk as i just get big and fat from it.

12pm - fuel cereal - 651 cals
3pm - subway chicken sandwhich 6" - 443 cals
6pm - chicken drum sticks & baby new potatoes n veg - 432 cals
9pm- post workout - white bread with jam & protein shake
