My stats are 20 years old, 170lb, 5"10 bf% 10-15
Meal 1
1 cup of oats 1 glass of milk 1 protein shake, fish oil and multivitamin
Meal 2
130g tuna 1 potatoe
Meal 3
1 orange, cream of rice
Meal 4
9oz of chicken breast
1 Cup of veggies
Before work out amino acids
Meal 5
1 protein shake, spoon of creatine and 1 cup of oats
Meal 6
9 oz chicken breast and 1 cup of veggies
Before bed
Casein protein shake.
Any advice on what else I should add and why. Need to gain lean muscle.
