I am trying to help out my girlfriend with her lifting and diet but I am having a problem getting rid of her belly pooch...here are some stats as well as I know them ..

lifts 5 days aweek
cardio 4days a week twice a day at 45 min each..
diet sample..morning 4 egg whites,1/4 cup oat meal
every 2 1/2 hrs later 4oz of fish 2oz of sweet potatoe
she drinks about 1 gallon of water a day along with a multi vitamin...
she has been on this diet for about 4 weeks now and has dropped about 4 lbs
my question is ,is there any supplement that will help her lose the extra weight or is she stuck with the belly do to having 2 kids c-section..
I heard hydroxycut will help or extreme maybe anavar...and suggestions would be great..I have 26 yrs under my belt I can dial my own diet in but never had to for a women before..thxs guys
