Grocery list
I know a lot of us make our food for days at a time. I haven't got down the science of making a grocery list. I know sounds silly but I find myself going numerous times a week. What does your grocery list look like for a weeks worth of food ? I'm curious to see people's responses

i cook daily, fresh bbq chciekn is teh only way i can consume 2-3lbs of meat a day. i envy those who can eat food that is 5 days old. im a princess.
just take your meal plan with you and check everything off as you go

HAH HAH HAH! Hoping someone would read the fine print....
Got that right!
And by the way: Keeping it "real" is the name of the game by delighting in life's pleasures to stay on track. If it is good enough for Phate, it is good enough for me.
But for those who plan to get on stage? Scratch the Pinot!Life is too short, so kiss slowly, laugh insanely, love truly and forgive quickly.Author Unknown

think i got the simplest list:
5 lbs lean ground beef (93/7)
10 lbs chicken breast
4 tubs 32oz greek yogurt
7.5 dozen eggs
1 box of 2-10 lbs oatmeal
5 yams medium sized
5 bags of steamfresh veggies
5 lbs of basmati rice
1 package of turkey bacon
this list is good for either bulking or cutting--just montior your portions.
also as you notice some things dont need purchased weekly--but monthly, or biweekly or even mos at a time which reli helps keep those pockets in check.
