    Truth about milk?

Can anyone shed some light on the pros and cons of drinking a lot of milk while on a bulk cycle? I've read that a person should try consume about 1 gal or 3.8L a day when trying to put on size, then I read that it has a lot of sugar in it and its not as good as some claim. I don't think it's a bad thing.... Opinions?

I haven't read up on the cons of milk as I really am not worried about it when bulking. Be it the fat or whatever. When I bulk it's just that, bulking....

I've been getting into macros & reading deep into nutrition. For me changing my diet away from certain foods cannot happen overnight. Diet is the entire reason I havent started my 1st cycle yet. Even with gear in hand. it's a waste if I cannot do a cycle properly.

I'm a beginner, have med issues & Milk is a very important part of me being able to get bigger. It's working. Should be interesting reading this thread...

There's been a few threads on milk, pros and cons. Do a quick search. If you've still got questions after reading a few threads post up and I'm sure people will answer.

I have read which is why I started this thread. I've wanted to see people's different opinions on it. I personally can't get enough it seems and the added sugar don't see as being an issue.

Forever cutting Lunk? Skim milk would be a bad thing? I can't remember the term used for the fats in milk but doesn't it help metabolize/burn other "bad" fats?

Skim milk is still high in sugars.

Right, forgot about the sugars. My bad. I'm guessing sugars would be your worst enemy when trying to cut.

So if you're on a dirty bulk it's okay to drink but if you're on a clean bulk or a cut it should be avoided? Just making sure.

I use raw milk, acts completely different in the body than processed milk. Still though high calories in a liquid is best for when bulking, although I think it can be in your diet during maintenance without a problem
