    Question Shakeology....

Hello to all, I have heard and seen a lot of Team Beachbody. What do any of you think about it or any of the products from them? Especially shakeology and ultimate reset? Good for you or waste prof money? All input welcome.

Never heard of them, but doubt many have outside the states. With a name like that I'd go with a waste of money and just a marketing ploy. No need to fancy dress something that works.

    Just my uneducated view.

too many carbs from sugar in my opinion and not enough protein.

but, i will say that if you can fit it into your daily macro allotment

No idea what the products you stated are, but if you want to build your own high quality protein inside the states, I recommend http://www.truenutrition.com/

There was another member here using these shakes. There r better shakes out there with less fat and sugar and more protein an probably cheaper.

Seems companies target women with a marketing plan that says.... Drink a shake and lose weight. Make it sound so easy. I don't take issue with shakes as an occasional supplement but not as a sub for meals. Because.....most gals i know drink the shakes, loss weight, go back to eating food, gain weight back. Repeat. Spend a lot of money on the shakes but never seem to sustain the weight loss.

Girlygymrat, I agree! It was given to me from a friend to try... Not bad but I don't think it's what I'm looking for!

shakes are still easy when you make them yourself, they are fun and become a routine. And they dont always have to be based around protein powder either

be creative, no need to look up shakes just think about things you already eat! oatmeal, blueberries, flax, eggs, all kinds of things to make delicious meals. have fun with it so its not a chore.

well if you have a 8 pack like dana linn, then you are doing something right lol.

Its important to make sure yoru shakes fall into your macros still. and are just a easier way of getting all your food in. with out going to processed drinks and meal replacement. whole foods are the way to go.
