500ml liquid egg whites, 2/3 cups oatmeal, 140g blue berries, 2tbsp Natty peanut butter, 125ml unsweeten almond milk
like mock said, the best ones are the ones you make yourself. no need to spend loads of cash on something that takes you 2 mins to make up. plus you know exactly whats in it. (so you know how it fits into your macros)
id just buy a good quality whey and then mix in oats, fruit, etc.
So just buy a good protein and add in oatmeal oats? About how much and what else should I add. I never even thought about doing that but it sound a lot better
how much and what else depends on your taste and also you diet plan/macros.
ive only added oats to a shake when i havent had time to eat. but for a purpose bulking shake, id check out what amounts of protein, carbs and fats are in the main/popular brands and aim for somewhere in that region.
the first couple may be trail and error until you figure what you like or what goes with what,

The fact the many if not all company's are fraudulent in what they add in the product and whats on the label. makes me second guess its use and how usefull it is. On delaods with no shakes i grow more. Its solely my own person opinion and not one i should reflect on others. Its another processed food item and every day i see the importance of everything fresh

Ah yeah, that might not be too great for you then if you have to pay for it to pass customs.
TN is more expensive, but I don't mind it since I can make my whey isolate without all the harmful additives that are in mass produced blends.
Wow I was so clueless about everything. I would consume about 5 protein shakes a day throughout the day. But I am going to give the egg whites a try and mess around and try to make my own. But I do need more help with my diet. Ill put my day up right now
Wake up 11 am protein 26g shake, 2 cups of oatmeal, toast with peanut butter. 1pm banana, almonds, beef jerkey. 3pm. Protein shake, 4eggs with a tortilla and cheese, peanut butter sandwich. 5pm beef jerky( thinking about adding a carb gainer) 6pm workout 8pm protein shake after workout (thinking about adding carb gainer) 10pm spaghetti. With bread. And protein shake. 12pm. Bed time protein shake. I am trying to gain and bulk. It is sometimes hard for me to afford super healthy food like steak everyday but. I would really like for someone to get me on the right diet. Right now I'm 5'9 145pounds and I have a very very fast metabolism and its hard for me to put weight on.

To gain:3417. Calories. 384g of protein 299g of carbs. 76g of fat.
3417 calories (to me) looks way too high. I eat 200 more calories than that at 180lbs. 348g of protein is also way, way, way too much. Add more fat, it increases testosterone.

I should note that their total calories for bulking formula gives a rough estimate for maintenace. Whatever number you got from that, I would add 500-700 more calories, and you'll have yourself a nice calorie estimate for a clean bulk.
I can't really lay out your exact meal plan for you, as I don't know exactly what you like to eat.
Here's Pham Woodbridges interview on here (dude is amazing) which includes his typical training split and diet. You might not need to eat as much as he does, but it gives a good picture on how to go about meal planning.

Same. I thought he was a tool from one video I watched on him. But when I heard of his death, I started watching more of his videos and began to like him. Most of the shit he does makes me laugh pretty hard. That video above is a prime example.
Alot of people think just that, he is a tool. yes he trolled hard, he was a 22 year old kid, what do you expect haha.

His alter ego Zyzz was a tool, but I truly believe that he himself (Aziz) was a genuinely nice person. He said himself, he loved playing up his stereotype, but at the end of the day, he never took himself seriously.
