    Roughly 30/30/40

Is that an acceptable macro for solid lean mass gain on a bulk? Assume my tdee is only 2380. The mega carb meal is PWO.

All the fats come from nuts, carbs from whole wheat (and a little from organic yogurt/tomato sauce) and my protein sources are all lean meat like chicken breasts, egg whites, and various high quality protein powders.

I wanna make sure I'm doing okay now so I'll be good when I start my cycle in a few weeks. I also take 4 servings of cod liver oil a day and a daily vitamin, along with glucosamine (part of a joint supp I take).
    Age, weight, height, bf%?

Knowing these can help better adjust calories.

Personally I would do 40/40/20 (pro, carb, fat) or 60/20/20 or 50/30/20 (less carbs allows for less extra weight added on
