How can I eat right in Afghanistan?

Okay, I have my workout routine and gear in check but am running up against a hard wall when it comes to diet. I take:
    Daily multivitamin
    Flaxseed Oil
    Cranberry Extract
    Milk Thistle Extract
    Whey Protein throughout the day
    Casein at night
Whey Protein, Micronized Creatine and L-Glutamine after each workout

I maintain a diet primarily of tuna, chicken, salmon, and rice because those things seem to be most easily accessible to me while I'm in Afghanistan. Nothing here is fresh or organic and I have a hard time trying to decide what to supplement my diet with that I can get at the Dining Facility or order through the mail. Any suggestions? Anything that comes in a can that would help? Any input is appreciated but I don't care to hear that gear over here isn't an option because it is and I've been here for three years now and have never had a problem. I'm simply looking to maximize the benefits of the gear I have by adding good foods to my current diet. Additionally, I'm not here with the military (this time) and would appreciate folks refraining from the Leavenworth comments as well. Thanks in advance for your help!

    Current Cycle:
    500mg Test E weekly for 10 weeks
50mg Dbol daily for first four weeks
.25 mg Arimidex daily for 10 weeks

    Nolvadex and Clomid on hand

    PCT :
    Nolvadex 40/40/20/20
    Clomid 50/50/50/50

I'm in the states and my diet consists of many of the same things. You dont need any exotic foods to get big. I know you say fresh foods are unavailable. Does this include veggies?

For the most part, yes, this does include veggies. I'm most commonly limited to:

Cooked or raw yellow corn (sometimes on the cob)
    Cooked or raw broccoli
    Cooked green beans
Baked, steamed, mashed, or fried potatoes
    Iceberg lettuce
    Black or green olives
    Jalapeno peppers
    Bell peppers

There are occasional variations to the selection but these are the most commonly found items.

You have more than enough resources to make a proper diet. Yes it may be bland but with those food options, you could easily come up with a good plan
