The season is fast approaching and I'm a 2-3 day a week boarder.
I'd like to get a discussion going on what everyone eats during their various activities outside of the daily grind.
I mean, who the F*CK wants to eat tuna and drink whey protein shakes in 25* weather after dropping double blacks all morning. Not me..... tried it last year.
Tried salads w/ meats, fish, lettuce wraps with meat, shakes with oil, and it all tasted horrible.
I'm trying to take it a bit more seriously this year. What do you all do to get through a day on the slopes and still get all your protein in without blowing the carb limits?
Sandwiches always taste good to me, but the carbs in bread I really don't want to eat. Don't even want to low carb wrap it. Cold cuts are loaded with sodium also. Tuna doesn't taste good to me on the mountain period.
So.... who hits the slopes and what do you all do when you're cutting?
