    eating habits

    trying to lose a 40" waist i work on retail sales floor walking from 9:00am to 8:00pm and have been eaing this for the last 3months
    and havent lost more than 3lbs. Also taking phenermine 37.5 1per day

    cardio workout 1hr
    breakfast- 3 eggs 1ckn breast cottage chzcup low fat

    snack-O.N.Hyrdo Protein shake

    Lunch-2 ckn brst greek small salad

    snack-O.N.Hyrdo Protein shake

    Dinner-2ckn brst 1cup whole grain rice

    And drink about a gallon of water a day

    also what kind of training/cardio do you do? is it just the 1 hour cardio?

    Looks like fasted cardio. Correct?

    and my work out time is in the morning because of work

    41yrs old
    230lbs
    dont know body fat
    just got lab work 2 weeks ago dr.told me testosterone level is 309 and other testosterone level was 58.1 wich she said was normal after a few days she put me on
    testim gel and now im trying to get into shape insted of a pear shape

    So you havent strayed from that exact diet? No snacking here and there?

    only snacks would be anoher protein shake im a picky eater dont like many veggies or fish

    morning cardio but exactly when do you do your cardio? first thing out of bed? or what?

    And drink about a gallon of water a day
