Horse meat!
Hey guys, does anyone have experience with eating horse meat?
I`ve been eating horse meat for the last ten days.... I mean horse meat only! Got ditched all the chicken and beef.
The thing is I get his horse meat 40 % cheaper than the chicken and beef.
Is there any problem eating ONLY horse meat - besides , i feel fine no digestion issues and keeps me fuller.
We are speaking 2lb daily here.
Thanks for your thoughts

Nice post.
It's best to rotate your protein sources as much as you can.
I live in Japan and horse meat sashimi is pretty popular so I can understand why you like it.
Too much of anything is usually not a good idea. All things in moderation my friend!

Hah, the thing is that i don`t know the fat content in the meat.
To be on the safe side, I`m thinking of 1 lb chicken and 1 lb horse per day.
From financial prospective, I`m better off eating only horse meat.

I`d say is beef-like taste. I told my girlfriend it`s beef and she couldn`t make the difference..... untill i told her I`m in EU and it`s legal since 2007, very expensive though. I buy that from local horse breeder. I either do sausages or meat balls. A competitor from my GYM preps with this meat (4 lb a day) and he`s extremely lean.
Slaughtering horses for meat is the only think that makes me think of quitting this whole thing!
