Not only have you been told you are too young to cycle, the fact you don't know what to eat suggests you don't know enough about dieting to even consider a cycle no matter what your age.
Read the stickies at the top of this section. Make sure you know your bodyfat. Post a diet, including macro's and we'll take a look for you.

meal 1:6 eggs bowl of oatmeal 2 bananas
meal 2:brown rice with tuna 2 boiled potatoes and shake
meal:3 steak with mashed potato and rice broccoli and gravy
meal:4fish fillett roll with bbq sauce lettuce tomato and shake
meal 5 breast chicken with greek salad kofoto balls and pickles
meal 6 shrimp fried with indian rice and shake
