Good morning. Today is the day where things will change for me but first I need to know about a few things on dieting. Here's where I stand.

Supplement/ extra boost: Test 600 doses. I have not taken it yet since it just came in yesterday. Still doing some research. I'm afraid of needles and not going that route if possible.
I guess my question is, where do I start? How does this diet chart work? I'm a newbie so please don't be too harsh. I just want to start feeling and looking good. Any help will be great.
