What are the best carrying-a-cooler-with-you BB meals

So imagine this.. You have a small cooler with ice and inside some tupperware or a bag with a food item. You have already planned it out and made it at home yesterday. You need it to stay good for 2 hours or more. What would you take in this scenario? It doesn't even have to be on ice just something you can eat (i.e. mixed nuts) . Assume no microwave is available.

I take chicken and brown rice. I eat it cold if needed. Also, some almonds. I usually take a baggie of protein powder and a shaker bottle.

I paid 88 bucks for a Coleman ice less cooler, u can plug it into a wall or the cig lighter in ur car, it's like a portable fridge, bout the size of a 44 quart cooler

Every meal I have during the day comes straight from my car during working hours. No cooler so I have hot meals in the summer and cold meals in the winter. Usually chicken and rice or some meat and rice. Been doing this for a couple years now with no issues.

I chop up some chicken with miracle whip light and light sour cream, roll it in a tortilla and wrap it with foil. If you want to get fancy add some fresh chopped dill, celery, green onion, etc. You can do the same thing with tuna and make a tuna salad wrap.
