Hey guys,. 6"1 251lbs 30% BF, 26 y/o.
Most of my life I was average build and weighed usually around the 190's.
I gained some weight over the years and reach 230 then had a deployment to go to. During the deployment I lost weight and transformed.
Was deployed to from 2010-2011. With really nothing to do but missions, eating and working out. I was able to attain this figure.
Shortly returning home, I noticed I couldn't get away from the goodies and fast foods. As long as It took for me to achieve the body above I lost it so fast lol.
Wanting to get back into the swing of things, I feel I want an advantage to lose fat while builing some lean muscle.
Never have I taken steroids before. Always been natural with supplements. Feel like I want to have an edge this time to really get the fire starting.
Ever since I gained this weight I feel sluggish, and I feel like I'm in a different body.
My goal is to reach the 180's and 190's again with a lean look like I had before.
What is good to take for cutting and keeping my body in an anabolic state.
I don't want "Fast weight lost" but I do want to kind of expedite it.
Also dont have to worry about being tested. During deployment had some injuries which is now making me a retiree. =/
Can anyone help with what to take and what diet protocol is good. I'm the kinda of person if it's laid out clear cut and understandable I can execute.
