    Soldier needs help

    Hey guys,. 6"1 251lbs 30% BF, 26 y/o.
    Most of my life I was average build and weighed usually around the 190's.
    I gained some weight over the years and reach 230 then had a deployment to go to. During the deployment I lost weight and transformed.
    Was deployed to from 2010-2011. With really nothing to do but missions, eating and working out. I was able to attain this figure.

    Shortly returning home, I noticed I couldn't get away from the goodies and fast foods. As long as It took for me to achieve the body above I lost it so fast lol.
    Wanting to get back into the swing of things, I feel I want an advantage to lose fat while builing some lean muscle.
    Never have I taken steroids before. Always been natural with supplements. Feel like I want to have an edge this time to really get the fire starting.
    Ever since I gained this weight I feel sluggish, and I feel like I'm in a different body.
    My goal is to reach the 180's and 190's again with a lean look like I had before.
    What is good to take for cutting and keeping my body in an anabolic state.
    I don't want "Fast weight lost" but I do want to kind of expedite it.
    Also dont have to worry about being tested. During deployment had some injuries which is now making me a retiree. =/
    Can anyone help with what to take and what diet protocol is good. I'm the kinda of person if it's laid out clear cut and understandable I can execute.

    You think your 30% in those pics?????? More like 13%

    I'm confused though because that doesnt look like 251 lbs either....

    i thought the same thing there partner.. looks like u need to read a little more thoroughly!

    Dang...I get lost when there are sooo many words!

    Never forget I was an alter boy all through high school. I am not a stranger to scripture and can most likely be found in Sunday service this week

    I have def. concidered being a bit more regular here as it's how I learn and this is a weak area for me...

    yeh this is my home for sure! i have just recently ventured out. some people cycle.. everyone eats!

    rnt u trying to cut bf% rite now too? didnt u have a thread going a few weeks ago? (bad memory, too much green stuff as a youngster)

    glad to hear about church too

    Yeah..I abondoned the thread..I just cannot for the life of my committ myself to weighing every damn chix breast and logging every fkn macro. Honesty hurts sometimes. I am getting there though. I have dropped a pant size. 36 now and BF seems to be coming off (slowely). Not to mention the strength is really coming along so I know the recomp is occuring.

    Diet is MUCH better but need to get stronger about cheating and consistant cardio...there father 405, thats my confession!

    Yes I did Cloud and sorry to jack your thread...we were just BS'ing a bit.

    If I were you I would consider following 405 into the fiery pits of nutrition hell. He will have you back to that lean guy in the pics in no time. Best of luck man!

    Alright I'll read the sticky, what about what stuff to take. I keep hearing about cle/t3 but have no idea on it since iv'e always done things naturally.
