    Low blood sugar

I got some blood work back yesterday and my blood sugar was at a 65 a few hours after I ate, which is on the verge of being low. I always feel tired and sometimes, especially a couple hours after the gym, I start craving sugar and then I get real tired and sometimes light headed and shaky. After I work out I typically eat chicken breast, whole grain rice, veggies and a protein shake (scoop of whey, Greek yogurt, egg whites and almond milk). Should I b including a simple carb in there too like fruits or something?

Yeah, that's my plan. I was just wondering if I should add in some fruit or something after my work outs, if it would keep me from getting all weak after my work outs.

I usually end up making myself ketonic by the time I'm done! Make sure you are getting protein AND carbs before the workout. This will help carry you through. If i go hard and long (love that phrase) I have had to sneek a banana or something midway through!

Before my workout about 45 minutes before I eat two chicken breast and a cup of brown rice along with a whey, bcaa, preworkout drink.

During my workout i drink a carb drink (like karbolyn) with bcaa and probably half to 3/4 gallon of water.

After my workout 2 chicken breasts, rice, veggies and the fore mentioned shake....that should b plenty of fuel no?
