    winter bulk diet

    206lbs, 13%bf

    been bulking for the past month before i do this bulk (up 8lbs):
    test p: 500mg week (week 1-14)
    npp: 300mg week (1-12)
    dbol: 50mg ed split 25mg/every 12hrs (weeks 1-5)
    anavar: 60mg ed (weeks 8-14)
    hcg: 500 iu/week (week 4-14)
    adex: .25 eod (week 1-14)

    standard clomid/nolva pct

    Here is the current diet i've been using to bulk. as i stated above i'm up 8lbs on week 5 and it's been working, but i know it can be tweaked.

    Bfast (eat on the go from 830 to 930)
    6 hard boiled eggs (two whole, 4 whites) - 120 cal/41 p/2 c
    orange juice 140c/2p/33 c

    totals: 260c/43p/35c

    Snack 11am
    Shake mixed with 2% milk, 1 cup of oatmeal and 1 cup of skim milk - 226 cal/47 p/4c, 300 cal/10p/54 c, 122cal/8p/11c

    totals: 648c/65p/69c

    lunch (1ish)
    8oz chicken breast with 1 cup mixed vegs - 200c/35p/0c, 40/1p/8c

    totals: 240cal/36p/8c

    Snack (3pm ish)
    mrp colosal bar 400cal/31p/47c

    lift

    Post lift
    honey wheat bagel with crunchy peanut butter 260cal/10p/52c, 180cal/7p/8c
    totals: 440cal/17p/60c

    dinner (630ish)
    ft long double turkey sub on white (just meat and bread)
    580cal/52p/94c
    pure leaf green tea 140cal/0p/37c
    second dinner9
    8oz chicken breast with 1 cup mixed vegs - 200c/35p/0c, 40/1p/8c

    totals: 240cal/36p/8c

    snack
    greek yogurt
    140 cal/14p/20c

    casein: 240cal/48p/6c

    totals: 3328cal/363p/376carbs

    any suggestions to add or tweak would be appreciated. i know there are alot of supps in there, but i work 11 hrs a day and can only pack so much.

    how come you not worried about fat levels?

    Maybe a 1/2 cup of brown rice accompanied with lunch? How far out is your post work out meal? If it is 1-2<h I'd suggest eating a bit more complex low GI carbs (brown rice, broccoli, etc..) in your post work out meal.
