How to make a good weight gain shake at home?
Hi guys, yeah just looking to see how I'd make an alright tasting weight gain shake at home. I have strawberry cream whey protein and can obviously buy whatever else I need. I know a blender is a must but just interested in feedback from those that have done this

I have that for breakfast everymorning. It's ABOUT 550 cals...I'm on my phone and don't have complete macro break down but it's high in protein and carbs, low fat
