100% cut before you start a bulk 28% BF is too high to start any bulk you'l end up being too big too even work out mid bulk !

Welcome and please try to get your BF down first. It will make all the difference in the world.

If you want to start a log to get help tweaking your food, then please do. It might help you more than you can imagine.

    Good luck!

    Loose the grease bro.

Reduce your BF to 15-16% or less before you begin AAS. Otherwise you'll set yourself up for unwanted side affects that are estrogen related. These affects seem to be more prevalent when body fat is higher. (acne, ED, bloating, water retention..)

Yes, most certainly do not attempt to bulk at 28% BF, take that down to 16 or less.

    Best of luck.

eating healthy is the key..junk food has no nutrition it just damages our organs..and makes us fat that's it..our bodies are starving for nutrition. my advice would be to eat lots of green leafy veggies..do a detox..you will feel a lot better and have more energy..don't eat 3 hours before bedtime...these steps will definitely help you better and faster...cheers..

You should def. continue cutting bro.

More fat = more Aromatase = more test being converted to Estrogen = Bad, you really dont want too much Estrogen
Less fat = less Aromatase = less test being converted to Estrogen = Good

Besides, the leaner you are to begin with, the less you have to cut once you're done bulking!

At 28% bodyfat, 'bulk' shouldn't even be in your vocabulary.

Absolutely, without a doubt, learn how to eat and train for fat loss. Get 'in shape', then reevaluate your goals.
