    Meal Plan Help Needed

    Any help would be great. I am trying to eat enough to build muscle and still burn fat.

    Wake up 3am

    3:30am. 1-Hardboiled Egg, 1-Cup Cheerios Dry & ½ Protein Bar

    4:30 Workout

    6am- Protein Shake
    8am- 1-cup oatmeal with Cinnamon & Raisins
    10am- Fruit and 1-Cup Cottage Cheese
    12pm- Chicken, Brown Rice & Mixed Vegetables
    3pm- Mixed nuts & Protein Bar
    3:30pm- Apple
    6pm- Chicken or Fish or Steak with Dry Baked Potato Mixed Vegetables

    Welcome!! We need more info than this to be of any help though. Again, height, weight, bodyfat percentage (if you don't know, try to post up a few pics). Also - we'd need to see macro nutrient info for your meals. Finally - I'd suggest you pick a primary goal and stick with it for at least 3 months. Either build muscle, or reduce bodyfat. Doing both can prove to be nearly impossible unless you really know your body and what you're doing.

    At a glance - and without knowing your stats - your diet leaves a lot to be desired. 8am - no protein. 3pm - no protein (i'm not even counting that bar). You are probably seriously undereating, but again, without macros and stats, we can only speculate.

    6'2" 215 lbs. 25%BF 46yrs.. i was at 233lbs and 33%BF 3 months ago. I have lost 18 pounds and cut my BF. I am starting to see good results but I want to hit the gym harder and eat a clean diet. I have done good over the last 3 months but now I want to do it right for the next 3
