Wake up:

420mg Stinging Nettles
at each meal:
250mg Bromelaine
650mg Betaine
200mcg Chromium Polynicotinate
3-5mg Fish Oil
Preworkout:
3g Vitamin C
1tsp creatine
Postworkout:
3g Vitamin C
1mg B12
1tsp creatine
Before Bed:
6000iu Vitamin D3
420mg Stinging Nettles
