    What is your supplement regimen?

I believe this loosely fits in the nutrition section. If you feel it doesn't... OH WELL!!

    Here's my current regimen:

    Wake up:
    1 - Animal Pak
    50mg DHEA
    50mg Pregnenolone
    420mg Stinging Nettles

    at each meal:
    250mg Bromelaine
    650mg Betaine
    200mcg Chromium Polynicotinate
    3-5mg Fish Oil

    Preworkout:
    3g Vitamin C
    1tsp creatine

    Postworkout:
    3g Vitamin C
    1mg B12
    1tsp creatine

    Before Bed:
    6000iu Vitamin D3
    420mg Stinging Nettles

Vitamin C aids with recovery along with a slew of other health benefits. Can't have too much IMO.

I'm twenty ones year old natty. Would Vitamin C benefit me in your opinion? It's pretty cheap at Walgreens, i'll go buy a bottle now.

I don't think you'll see/feel any difference, but it will definitely help your body with 'intangible' things. Certainly can't hurt.

Yep. For the record, I don't agree with 'mega dosing' anything. Having said that, I hardly consider 6g of vitamin C per day a mega dose.
