    ground turkey

    What are your thoughts on ground turkey? It seems to be a bit high in sodium and cholesterol... it so go though.. is it a no no or doable?

    U can find reduced sodium 90-96% lean grounds turkey, tho its hard to find in my neck of the wooda

    Yea I think depends on location. I have no prob finding low fat low sodium turkey here at a Walmart, but broskis have told me theirs don't carry for sum reason.
