    Steem friend brocoli

    I steam fried Brocoli with olive oil and puked all the olive oil up I new it because it stood on top of the water floating like grease and I keep burping brocoli why??? to much olive oil?

    I force ate and I covered it in olive oil first time cooking brocoli and not boiling it.

    The combination of those two sounds like the problem..when I use olive oil, I try not to use more then a couple table spoons full. If I eat to much it screws with my stomach. I bet if I force fed myself with to much oil, I would puke to.

    broccoli sucks with olive oil, but is amazing with butter. Even bacon grease tastes better than olive oil.
