    If you decide you DO want some advice, you will probably find you are not the only person that has dealt with it. I have. My girlfriend (now wife) gently pulled me back from the abyss. Professional help is recommended if you cannot change your behavior on your own.

    were all a bunch of dudes willing to go to extreme measures for the sake of vanity! yeh yeh yeh i like lifting a lot of weight too but IMO what it really comes down to is that reflection in the mirror and the look on those girls' faces!
