1 protein shake (2 scoops) gold standard 100% whey
2. breakfast
4 eggs any style ( i prefer scrambled w/ pepper)
8 ounces of whole milk
2 slices of whole grain bread with butter

depending on when i workout i eat this meal before it...
1 small potato
1/2 pound of fish
preworkout drink (adreN.O.Lyn bulk.... this stuff is amazing i recommend it)
2 Kre-Alkalyn EFX before workout and 2 after
3. lunch
1/2 pound of meat. (fish, chicken, foul) i usually eat chicken cause its the chepiest. but sometimes it gets old.

(aprox 73 grams of protien)
4. snack
sliced up apples with pb on them
or a bowl of cereal w/ banana
5. dinnrer
1/2 pound of meat
baked potato
lightly steamed vegetable
large salad
1 piece of fresh fruit
10 oz of whole milk
(approx 112 grams of protein)
