i be 190 when i start my bulk on cycle. what are your opinions on calories? im cutting at 2000 calories with 6x week cardio for 30min. i was thinking starting at 2400 cals. it never took alot of calories for me to gain muscle/strength. i dont see how people are eating 3500 cals. i would get so fat. should i do any cardio on cycle if bulking? 2x a week?
