    Cool Estimate body fat %

Hey guys this is my buddy, he's wondering what his body fat % is, just a rough estimate. He weighs 160-165lbs.

He wants to keep cutting to bring out his abs more, and i think he should just build up some more mass, what do you guys think?Click image for larger version.

Also, any advice to what he should improve on? To be more balanced/symmetrical

10%-ish, no higher. Personally i'd work on adding mass, without question. He's lean enough IMO. But to each his own. Nothing specific i'd point needing improvement, just overall mass needs to be brought up. He sort of has that Bruce Lee physique, just not as lean.

I would add a lot of lean mass.
Reminds me of nick edge. He has a site that shows his progress over the last two years. How he slowly gained lean mass and RIPPED his abs up nicely
