Burger patties okay while on CKD?

And is it possible to over shoot protein/fats in one sitting while on a CKD, say 70 protein/ 50 fat...

Hamburgers are great on a CKD. Slap some cheese on them and you have a good meal. 3oz of 90% lean beef has 210 calories, 27 grams of protein and 11 grams of fat. You could eat 3 burgers and get the 70 grams of proetin but 50 grams of fat is a lot.

I never eat burgers anyways, was just curious if they are fine while on a keto, anyways how much carbs would you recommend me taking in on my 24 hour refeed?

I wouldn't. Mix it up a bit. On a CKD you want to get in tons of fat. Hard to hit ketosis without it.

I try to go about 50-50 fat/protein. That seems to work well for me. I used to go 70-30 fat/protein but I was consuming way too many calories. I was still getting leaner, it was just taking too long.

What kind of patties are you eating? When I ran a CKD diet most of my fat intake came from olive and flax oil.
