    Question carb cycling question

i hear lots of different carb cycles for cutting -

    1. medium, medium, medium, low, low, low, high (refeed)

    or

    2. or several high and low days with a cheat meal

    stats - 26 years old 5' 126lb about 12%bf

    im doing the first choice

    medium - 160p 140c 45f
low - 160p 45f and around 50-100g in veggie carbs
    high (refeed) 160p 350c 45f

    what do you guys think?

ps - not running any gear ATM

A quick simple way I've done it in the past is 150g (day 1), 100g (day 2), 50g(day 3) refeed at 300g (day 4) then repeat.i did this for around 3 weeks then gauged any results to make adjustments needed

imo, your carb cycling schedule should be based on and around your training program. Example, my high carb and cheat meal day falls on the day I do a grueling full body metabolite workout (which depletes a ton of glycogen, thus its good to have high carbs that day). my medium Carb days fall on days I train legs or full upper body, my low or no carb days fall on rest days or days I'm only doing cardio

Then bro. I am doing my carbohydrate cycle to gain lean mass with this division

    Monday: Pectoral and leg training

    (High Carbohydrate Day)

    Tuesday: Dorsal and deltoid training

    (moderate carbohydrate day)

    Wednesday

_Biceps and Triceps (Low Carbohydrate Day) plus aerobic.

    Thursday
Training of legs and pectoral (day of high carbohydrates)

    Sixth: Dorsal and deltoid training

    (moderate carbohydrate day)

    Saturday: biceps and triceps
    (Low Carbohydrate Day) plus, aerobic.

Sunday: day of rest (Low Carbohydrate Day) plus, aerobic.

    What do you think ??

Well, bro. This division is working for me. I know, that many could do otherwise. But as this division of training and carb-cycle is perfect for me, I will continue in it.
