No, lol I need to add some in soon. But I devised this to manipulate my fat burning. May not be the best way but I'm no pro lol. It's working so far but know I can't do it for long

I will definitely replace the last half shake with cottage cheese. Don't know about the oars lol still hesitant but ill def do the egg whites and brown rice (yum)
