    Yesterday
    8am: 2 pieces of 12 grain toast w/ 1/2 cup fresh avocado
    11:30am: designer whey protein shake 4oz water and 4 oz unsweetened vanilla soy milk
    2:30pm: 1 cup lean ground turkey and 1/2 cup veggies
    4pm: another shake
    10pm: (post workout) baked chicken breast 1 cup steamed broccoli ( lemon juice to flavor)
    If I get hungry in between Ill crack some freshly picked pecans and eat some
    No more than one cup of coffee daily
    Maybe one diet green tea and loads of water

    No, lol I need to add some in soon. But I devised this to manipulate my fat burning. May not be the best way but I'm no pro lol. It's working so far but know I can't do it for long

    Believe it or not, not hungry until about an hour before I workout. But it gives me the closest I can get to a fasting cardio workout.

    Replace that toast with 3 or 4 egg whites and a 1/2 cup oats or brn rice, toss some low fat cottage cheese in for a bed time snack!

    Stopped oats the last time they had me yakking. Could be cause of how fast I scarfed them down. Lol but it's mostly because of time. I get up ass early to get me and two other kids ready for school...... BUT... You all haven't steered me wrong yet so tomorrow I will add in egg whites. Thank you Lunk1 and SteM

    Real food is so much more benificial than all the shakes whenever possible. Cassien in cottage cheese is a slow digest protein that will feed your body and muscles through out the night!

    My wife mixes the oats right in with her egg whites and flavors with cinnimon!

    Well the goal was always good health and a great shape to match. But I want to build lean muscle and tons of it. This is what I'm working on but even better
