Great progress BMWgirl! Fasting cardio is what has been helping me melt the BF off. Not trying to change the subject but, I am assuming that you ride an S1000? I had the acid green 2010 and now have the motorsport 2012. I don't like riding in Georgia though...seems I always meet up with LEO for some reason. Your state spends to much money on yellow paint for all those double yellow lines

Yes it's the 2011 Motorsport. My beast lol. Yeah this state sucks about that but the roads I ride, there aren't many Leo's and on the chance that one sees us.... Well, lol good luck catching me lol.

We take a trip down once a year and stay in Tellico Plaines. Run the Cherohola skyway, gap, 60 down to Suches and blood mountain. But my favorite road is 28 south of highland. Ok I am done highjacking your progress thread.
