    Macros for Cutting Cycle(Test p 700mg/week, Clen)

    Hi there,

    I have already planned my cutting cycle, The following are my stats:
    26
    179cm
    196lbs
    18%
    Cycle experience Test e for 12 weeks.

    I am here to get advice on the meal plan for my new cycle i will be starting this upcoming week on dec 3rd. I have already laid out my cycle as:
    Test p 200mg at EOD for 10 weeks
    armidex .25 eod
    Clen 2 weeks on 2 off
    Hcg 250iux2 eweek

    Normal nolva/clomid pct protocol.

    I would like this be the cutting cycle, I will be training 5-6 days a week(7 days of cardio 45 min low pase cardio), With caloric deficient diet, I have not planed my diet as i am still following the bulking diet i had. For how many calories should i aim for? Should i drop the direct source of any carbs(only veggies, so under 50).

    I have no problem eating anything, I can pretty much eat the same thing everyday.

    The macros i was thinking for this cutting cycle ware as(100c, 100f, 300p= 2500 calories).

    My main goal is to get my six pack back which i had before my previous cycle, so 10% bf at-least. Is this a reasonable goal following strict diet, and training.



    Please advice, any help would be highly appreciated.

    Seriously bumping after 2 hours?

    Why don't you cut naturally an then cycle to bulk properly?

    When did your last cycle/pct end?

    I suspect your planned cals are too high to cut although maybe not if you do manage to stick to 7 days fasted cardio. Either way, your fats at 35% or so are way too high.

    I was bumping before i sleep so this thread wont die by tomorrow morning. Its been 3.5 months since pct. What would you recommend to achieve what i am looking for, i.e to add more mass and cut it to 10%? except cutting naturally.

    Basically i was looking for the macros to aim for? I can drop the calories to 2000(100c(400calories), 50f(450), 285p(~1150) )? But at 100c i wont go into ketosis?

    After this cycle the ideal weight would be 180@ 10% which would be 162lbm lean mass, i am at 154lbm atm. Do you think it is possible to add 8lbs of lbm while cutting?

    Please advice, thanks. As per clen handbook( A high protein(1.5g per lb of bodyweight), moderate carb(0.5g to 1g per lb of bodyweight), low fat diet(0.25g per lb of bodyweight) seems to work best with Clen.

    Ok, first up you are 22 years old not 26, why lie?

    Second, your stats aren't great for starting gear let alone having already cycled but I see you have lost a tonne of weight.

    You won't go into ketosis at over 30g carbs daily.

    Please cut naturally, 120g carbs, 275g pro and 45 g of fat. Doing your cycle will yield very disappointing results for you.

    Post a diet based on that info and please don't let me see a weight gainer shake in there!

    I have already cleared this up once before in an another thread. You must have mistaken me for somebody else. Honey is not even my real name, hes a singer.


    ++ i havenot lost any, I was 170 before cycle now i am resting at 196(this is the heaviest i ever been in my life) after 3.5 months, I dont even know where did you get all these facts. Must been some idoit with same kinda username posted a bunch of crap on here.

    Apologies, I mixed you up. Either way I suggest you cut before you cycle and get down to, ideally, 12% using the figures I quoted above.
