    A few diet questions, and body fat estimation

    I was wondering, my diet was set to 300prot/100carb/50fat when I was 188lbs, now that I'm down to 183lbs, what should I lower? The protein? or everything slightly?
    If I do get carbs from sugar, should I still eat my complex carbs? and lower the protein?

    The pics are me at night weighing around 184lbs. The other pic is me at 200lbs 2 months ago before my cut.

    What is your goal? Has your weight loss stopped?

    I'd have you about 15% but the pics aren't great.

    Not it hasn't stopped but it has slowed down.

    Weight loss slows as you get leaner. It's inevitable. Your stated macro's will probably get you into the mid 170's depending how much cardio you are doing.

    Can you answer the other questions?

    Maybe post your diet?

    Oh sorry, I was still half asleep when i responded:P

    My goal was 170 at 8%... And I wanted to get there by Jan 16th.

    And my diet has already been done with 405 guy..

    But it's basically, for protein: chicken (3-4 cups), 4 scoop protein powder, egg whites
    Carbs: oats/sweet potatoes/vegetables
    fat: usually get close to what I need with chicken, if not i'll add a bit of cheese or dressing to my salad.

    ends up being 300/100/50

    405 will get you there, you just need to look at his results.

    Getting down to 8% my mid Jan prob isn't gonna happen unless you are doing loads of cardio and willing to sacrifice LBM. Why that goal?

    Stick with the plan.

    Well I'm going on a beach vacation in early july, wanted to do a 3-4month bulk and cut up again... Also I'm not really enjoying cutting, compared to bulking. It sucks not making gains... appearance wise and strength wise.

    And 170 at 8% just figured reasonable when most people said my 200lb picture looked like 16%... Even now it seems pretty reasonable.. I started at 164lbs... I don't really want to be the same weight.

    Maybe 170 at 10%.
