    Test-e an d-bol cycle diet help ...

    Okay so I was told to come get some help ..

    My cycle is

    Weeks 1-12 test e 500. Mg a week

    Weeks 1-4 d-Bol 25 mg Ed

    I'm 5'9"
    Weight 190

    Goals to gain lbm

    I'm thinking 3500 cals for now

    220 protein
    80 g fat
    Rest carbs

    An just adjust cals after d-Bol is over ??

    What y'all think ??

    Why would you increase cals just because dbol is over?

    Age 23 hight 5'9". bf about 15%

    An I know the d- Bol gonna make me hold water don't wanna change cals based on water weight

    I'd put you 20% give or take 1 or 2.

    Slight gyno? Previous cycle?

    I'd suggest you cut before you bulk, in all honesty otherwise you won't be happy with the results, especially at the suggested calories.

    No this is my first cycle an I'm on day 2 so I don't think I can just stop


    But I really didn't thing I was that high :/

    On day 2 you can just stop. If you've started without a plan then I'd suggest you organise yourself before starting.

    You can post your pic in the members pictures section for some more estimates.

    I have a full plain

    But idk if it was I good plain if done 3 months worth of research an have a good idea of what I'm doing

    Got full cycle on hand teste dbol ai clomd nova an hgh been traing for 3 years started at 208 pounds fat as **** got down to 150 an over the last year got to 190

    You think I should just stop it now an cut ? If so is pct needed

    Check in the PCT section but I doubt it.

    I'd cut down 10lbs of fat at least, that will get you to 15%. Maybe drop 15lbs an see the abs before you bulk.
