weight lifting cardio and nutrient timing
hello im new here im trying losing some body fat and was wondering which way is the best for nutrient timing when i want to lift in the morning then do 20 to 30 minutes of cardio after
how should i schedule my meals one before i lift and one after cardio or should i work out on empty stomach and eat after cardio im eating very low carb would like to take my carbs after workout and cardio
i train
mon chest and tri
tue back bi
thur legs and abs
fri shoulder
was gonna do cardio 5 days a week every time after i train plus 1 more day for an hour
im 6 275 lbs and am about 16% to 18% bf i would like to get to around 235 again
taking sus 250 mg and tren 300 mg per week
sorry im sure this is a stupid question but it been 5 years since i trained and figure their was probably some advancement made since then that i dont know

Personally, I'd eat my carbs preworkout, assuming you only plan to eat carbs in a single meal...? I probably wouldn't train and do cardio fasted unless you're planning to follow an IF protocol
I think that's a great idea.
6ft 275lbs and 16-18%? You must be carrying a good amount of muscle... even at the higher 18% estimate, you're carrying 225lbs lean!?! Have any pics to show us what that looks like? I hope i'm wrong... but my suspicion is your bodyfat is higher than you think.
I know you're not here to have your cycle critiqued, but this begs the question - why are you cycling if you haven't trained in 5 years? Tren nonetheless.

Can definitely see you're a big dude, can't really see much else with the clothes obviously. Re: the gear - not something i'd take as arbitrarily as you seem to be, but to each his own I guess. How old are you? Do you have a post-cycle plan to deal with your HPTA shutdown as a result of the gear?

over the years ive used tren sus cip agroviron teslactone anadrol50 and a few others in the past never had any issue on it or comming off probably one of the few lucky people that dont have those issues but if i did see some shrinkage id probably use hcg with the tren unless their something else new out theirLast edited by fluffy1; 12-03-2012 at 03:28 PM.

ok thanks for the advice im gonna go with my carbs pre work out like you said
thats acttualy what i was think but didnt know if people made any advancement it this area since last time i worked out
my friend that i used to train with had issue comming of tren and it will probably sound weird just took 100 mg v iagra everyday for 2 weeks and spent some quality time with his girl and that took of it the only thing i could think is the forced in extra blood flow kick everything back in gearLast edited by fluffy1; 12-03-2012 at 04:09 PM.
